Meet Your Team

My approach to healing is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and the belief that the body holds incredible wisdom when given the space and support to heal.

I received my undergraduate degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Denver and went on to earn my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine).

I now specialize in supporting people through hormonal imbalances, gut dysfunction, menstrual irregularities, thyroid conditions, and more. I use a blend of botanical medicine, lab diagnostics, supplements, homeopathy, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and lifestyle shifts to help my patients heal from the inside out. My care is individualized and heart-centered—always focused on the root cause and the whole person.

In addition to naturopathic medicine, I’m a trained ketamine-assisted psychotherapist, holding space for people navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I’m passionate about creating a safe, grounded container where healing feels possible—where people can reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their sense of aliveness.

It’s an honor to walk alongside others in their healing journey, and I feel deeply grateful to do this work every day.

Dr. Izzie Grant, NMD

Licensed Naturopathic Doctor

My journey began at the University of Arizona, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Psychology. I went on to receive my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine), where I deepened my passion for whole-person healing and mind-body medicine.

My love for holistic health has always been deeply intertwined with nature and influenced by Eastern and Indigenous healing traditions—systems that honor the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of wellness just as much as the physical.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve also studied and worked with psychedelic medicine, witnessing its profound potential for transformation and healing. Today, I combine my clinical background in naturopathic medicine with years of coaching experience and a heart-led devotion to psychedelic integration. I specialize in helping individuals ground and embody their ketamine experiences in a way that brings lasting, meaningful change.

As a psychedelic integration coach, my role is to hold safe, intentional, and loving space for people navigating deep healing work. I believe that within each of us lies the medicine—and with the right support, we can remember our wholeness, reconnect with our truth, and create a life aligned with who we really are.
